Thanks for taking the time to read this article and gather all the information, making sure you have all the information you need to make the best decision for you and your family. Whenever you are trying to buy an Edmond new home. Uh, today I just want to tell you a little about our model home tour and the process that it goes on. Just so you know what it looks like whenever you’re looking for an Edmond new home, whenever you joined it. On the model home tour, we start at our location called Ashbrook. Ashbrook is over here in Broken Arrow Home Builders, um, just North of a hundred and first street off of 241st street. Um, this is a great community, one half acre lots, um, smaller community as well. So if you’re looking for the Edmond new home, uh, unfortunately we can show you where those half acre lots are at an Edmond.
Um, but this is over here in Broken Arrow Home Builders, but our model here is called a Prescott to the Prescott could be built in Edmond for your Edmond new home. Um, but some cool things about the Prescott floor plan is that it has the most windows in the living area. We actually redesigned this floor plan and the patio used to overhang those windows. But over the years a lot of our customers kept saying that it’s blocking all that natural light. So we redesigned this floor plan and pushed that patio off the end of the nook allowing for a lot of natural light and the most windows in the living area. The Prescott also has the most storage closets of any of our floor plans. So big, you know, linen closets, Coke closets, big closets in every single room. I really a big pantry and a really big storage closet under the stairs if it’s a one story.
Um, or where the stairs used to be. I also had, like I said, it has a huge pantry and um, it has a design, we like to call it late night laundry. So the, it has it’s own laundry room that’s actually far away from the bedrooms. And this is intentional that way. If you ever, you know, put in a load of laundry at night and you don’t want to hear it going all night long. This is designed for late night laundry. So again, this is the Prescott, uh, our starting location for the model home tour is at the Prescott, which is two four zero six, eight East 95th street South in Broken Arrow Home Builders. And if you’re looking to build an Edmond new home, this is where we would start on the model home tour just to show you all the floor plans that we can build in Edmond. The next location we’d go to is called Highland Creek.
Um, the floor plan here is called the Addison and the address is two two five zero seven East 104th street South in Broken Arrow Home Builders. The Addison is awesome because it is our most square foot efficient four or five bedroom house. And again, the Addison can definitely be built in Edmond for your Edmond new home. Um, it also has a floor plan. So there are two bedrooms and a bathroom on one side and then separated by the living room and kitchen. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the other side, so a split floor plan. And this, the Addison is also a great floor plan for a nursery because there’s a smaller bedroom right off of the master closet. So you’d walk through the bathroom and the master closet to get to a smaller bedroom, um, or just down the hallway, but it’s set up so that there’s a small bedroom right next to the master bedroom.
Great for a nursery. Um, and also the game room upstairs is huge for the size of the home. So again, it’s one of our most efficient square footage homes. So upstairs, the game room is almost just as big as the great room downstairs. So really huge game room. It fits nine people comfortably. I think you’d fit way more than that upstairs. But upstairs there’s a game room, a bedroom and a bathroom. So also if you have a teenager or someone that wants their own separate area, they’re on their own separate suite. The Addison would be a great floor plan. Um, then from Highland Creek, we go down the street, um, to a community called seven Oaks South. In this neighborhood, there are actually two models. One is the Greenville and one is the Stonebrook. So again, I’m just telling you about this model home tour. That way you can, uh, go through all of this for yourself and see it in person. But the Greenville is located at one four one four East new Orleans place in Broken Arrow Home Builders. Uh, it’s a really cool floor plan and it has a lot of different versions to it. Um, and it’s our most open design concept. So really tall, open entryway, really wide entryway with 13 foot tall ceilings. And then walking right into the dining room, which is a huge dining room with 20 feet tall ceilings, so huge open entrance, um, and then right into the big living room. Um, and then a really big opening into the kitchen. So it’s all an open concept feel. Um, also the highest ceilings in a one and a two story. So again, 20 foot tall ceilings in the Greenville, uh, in the dining room. And then the Greenville also has the largest area dedicated to the master suite.
So one whole side of the house is dedicated to the master suite and there’s actually a, a, a unique optional master suite expansion. This is where, um, we add two bonus rooms off of the master suite maybe for an exercise room or a study. Um, but again, the largest area dedicated to the master suite in the Greenville. So if you like that, um, what that sounds like, um, for your Edmond new home. Again, we can definitely build it in Edmond for you. All right next door to that one is the Stonebrook. The Stonebrook is located at one four, one zero East new Orleans place in Broken Arrow Home Builders. Um, stomach’s really cool cause it’s got an oversize nook and a turned Island. So the kitchen actually faces toward the backyard. Uh, this is actually really cool and really unique. Um, it creates two separate entertaining spaces.
That way if you have people over in the living room of your Edmond new home and maybe watching a football game and then people in the kitchen maybe eating or playing a board game that creates two separate entertaining spaces but yet keeping it open, uh, and an open concept feel, uh, also in the Stonebrook it has a huge pantry. Well we like to call it preppers pantry because it has so much shelving in there and you actually get to, um, you know, it’s a big L shape. You have to walk inside. So I’ll walk in a pantry and then the Stonebrook also has what we call a snooze button design. This is actually a design where there’s a way in and out. Um, there’s two ways in and out of the master suite so you can exit out of the closet. And this was designed that way.
If there are two people that get up at separate times, one person can actually get up, wake up, uh, go get ready, shower and change and then exit through the closet without going back and forth through the master bedroom. Um, so again, letting the other person snooze. And also there’s a really huge L-shaped vanity in the master bathroom. So if you like the big L-shape vanity and that snooze button design with a preppers pantry, um, and the kitchen turn to face the backyard, you would love the Stonebrook for your Edmond new home. We can definitely build that in Edmond for your Edmond new home. But again, on the model home tour. Then we just continue down the street to a community called the village at Southern trails village at Southern trails, uh, is located at three, six, one nine South for Boulevard. And uh, that model there is called the Monroe two P.
so the Monroe to P would be a great Edmund and new home mainly because this one is the most versatile floor plan that we have out of all of our floor plans. The Monroe has 15 different versions to it. So, um, if you’re looking for, you know, a three bedroom all the way up to a five bedroom living row has options for you. Uh, it has the largest great room, the largest opening from, you know, the great room to the kitchen. So a really huge arched opening, a really large outdoor living space as well that comes included. So really big arched are, sorry, really big covered patio for that back patio. Um, the master corner tub and a snooze button design. So in the master bathroom, uh, there is a nice big corner tub, so that way it uses up that space effectively. So it’s still really big master bathroom and then a corner tub and a, there’s also a hidden hall bath in the Monroe to pee.
So this is great for guests, you know, to have some privacy, you’d go down the hallway and then turn and down another little hallway to go to a, uh, a hall bath. Um, so that way if you have guest that needs some privacy, you know, you’re not right next to the living room or kitchen with a bathroom. Um, so again, any of these floor plans that I’m telling you about today can be built in Edmond for your Edmond new home.
