Broken Arrow Home Builders | Learning More About What We Do?
Hi guys. Katherine back again with your weekly podcast, talking about Broken Arrow Home Builders. So we just finished talking about all of the included features that Shaw homes offers. We’ve finished, I’m talking about all of the exterior features that we offer, um, such as the premier brick and uh, just some of the things that we offer as far as, um, included features on the outside of your home, guttering landscaping, uh, shingles, paint bricks, stones. So now we’re going to go ahead and start talking about what is included on the interior of your new home and broken arrow. So the first thing that we’re going to talk about when we’re talking about the interiors of new homes and broken arrow is going to be that SHA homes offers an extended vaulted, um, I’m sorry, an extended height vault to nine feet and your ceilings and your kitchen.
So it’s just gonna give you a little bit of extra fee, a little bit of extra space above your head, which in turn helps the room to seem bigger. Um, the next thing that’s going to be, uh, included is a builtin stainless steel appliance package, which includes your oven, your microwave cabinet, and that’s going to feature cookie sheet dividers and a pot and pan drawer. So your pot and pan drawer is going to go below your oven. I’m actually starting from the bottom. You’re going to have your pot and pan drawer, your oven, your microwave, and then your cabinets above the microwave. So those are all included. Um, and stainless steel and the stainless steel finish. So your oven and your microwave are included in a stainless steel finish. And once again, you’ll have that pot and pan drawer and then your cookie sheet dividers are going to be above the microwave.
Okay. So next, moving on. Broken Arrow Home Builders interior features. We offer a Whirlpool 30 inch builtin five foot cubic oven. Um, we did talk about that a little bit, but that’s just the brand. I’m a Whirlpool dishwasher and with a silverware spray. So that’s really gonna help get the silverware clean. Um, when building new homes in broken arrow, we want to make sure that we maintain them. And keep them nice looking, um, because we don’t want to waste our investment. So putting in high-grade appliances will help that, especially your resale value if you choose to move. Um, next is included, is gonna be a Whirlpool 30 inch gas cooktop. All of our stoves are going, or I’m sorry. Yes. All of our stove tops are going to be gas and that’s gonna include a custom hood vent above the cook top in your choice of two styles.
It can be a two or three panel, um, hood vent or I’m sorry, two door or three paneled hood vent. Um, and those just look really nice above, above your stove. Um, the next thing that’s going to be offered in your Broken Arrow Home Builders are going to be a high capacity food disposal. So your garbage disposal is going to be, uh, pretty hardcore. It’s gonna get the job done. Um, you’re going to have task area lighting, which is going to be, uh, just your, your main lighting. And that includes eight recessed led lights in the kitchen and in the nug. So all of the lighting, um, in the, the recess lighting in the ceiling and your kitchen and [inaudible] is all included. Um, next you are going to also receive um, custom, custom made solid stain grade Alder or paint grade cabinets with 36 inch uppers.
So 36 inch is a three foot cabinet. That’s a pretty good size. Um, very nice looking. Uh, just a, just a very nice way to um, finish off the look of your kitchen and your new home in broken arrow. Um, we, you’re going to get your choice on those cabinets of shaker farmhouse or raised panel door styles. And then they also come with hidden hinges and crown molding. And then you get your choice of one paint or stain color throughout the home. So whichever color you choose for your cabinets and doors to be painted or stained, that’s gonna carry out all throughout Broken Arrow Home Builders. Okay. Um, moving on, you are going to get a, I said crown molding. Of course in the hidden hinges, um, included are also two centimeter granite countertops with your choice of a flat pencil edge or half bull nose.
And that’s going to be on your countertops and your Island. And then you do have the option, I believe to make it thicker than that, but two centimeters is included a full tile back splash. So your kitchen backsplash isn’t going to be linoleum or anything like that. It’s going to be gorgeous tile that you have the opportunity to choose. We have several to choose from. They all at gray. It just depends on what your personal style for new homes and broken arrow are. Um, waterline to your ice maker is going to be included. Um, we do not include that your refrigerator, but it will be um, ready with a, a waterline there. Um, all right. Included is going to be a stainless steel undermount double bowl sink and then you’ll have your choice of Delta faucets. I’m in Venetian bronze, Arctic stainless or a Chrome finish.
We do offer several other types of sync styles and Broken Arrow Home Builders. However, um, those are all going to be options are stainless steel, double sink is included. Uh, just right now, composite sinks are really popular as well as ceramic. Like I said, you’re a farmhouse style sink. Um, and a lot of them are going to have that large single bowl and not a 60, 40 or a half and half. Okay. Moving on, let’s talk about the laundry rooms. So you’re gonna get um, custom made solid stain grade Alder or paint grade 30 inch upper cabinets and a rod and shelf for hanging laundry. You’re also going to get a lower cabinet with two centimeter granite countertop and your choice of shaker farmhouse or raised panel door styles. And that’s going to come with hidden hinges and crown molding. So you’re gonna have really nice cabinets in your laundry area and a hanging bar as well.
Those are things that are also included in new homes in broken arrow. Um, you’re also going to get in [inaudible] and wall washer box with hot and cold water supply and drain line and a 220 volt connection or [inaudible] your dryer. Um, it looks alike. We have, um, just a little bit of, we do have some premiere communities that we build in that come with some additional included features and if you build in one of those premier communities, you’re also gonna get included. You’ll have, um, instead of the two countertop included is going to be a three centimeter granite or quartz countertop. Um, your master bathroom shower will be completely tiled. You’ll receive a naughty Alder front door, which is going to be three foot by six foot eight, so it’s a little bit larger of um, a front door. Um, you’ll re you’ll have a sprinkler system included and full guttering included as well.
So those are just a couple of things that you are going to receive if you build in one of our premiere communities. Um, also we haven’t gotten, gotten a chance to go through the rest of what’s included in your interior. We can definitely talk about that next time, which is where we’ll talk about your flooring options, your tile, your paint, your crown molding, and your trim color, and what’s available as far as, uh, bathroom fixtures, lighting, and then your fireplace options as well. So I feel like I’ve given you guys a pretty good idea today of what’s included in Broken Arrow Home Builders. Um, as far as Shaw homes goes and what we’re offering and our new homes in broken arrow.
