And the grade school is Northeast. The middle school is big SPE. The high school is big SPE the water is city and fixed me sewer, a city of Bixby, and it does have sidewalks. Um, Highland Creek is the next community. The HOA dues are not yet determined.

Middle school is new construction in broken arrow It is Onita Ridge high school is broken arrow, high school city, water, city, sewer, and the next community is the, uh, the homestead in a WASO and the HOA dues have not yet been determined. The zip code is 7 4 0 5 5, and the next, um, neighborhood is Oak Ridge. It states that the HOA dues are not yet determined. It does have a playground. The tip code is 7 4 0 3 7 in Jenks. And the elementary is jinx. West middle school is jinx middle school and high school is chinks. That is city water, city, sewer, and they do have sidewalks. The Pines at the preserve HOA has not yet been determined. The zip code is 7 4 0 1 4.

And I know LA the grade school is I NOLA. And the middle school is I know LA the high school is also, I know Lola, this is rural water. There’s. This is on septic. There are no sidewalks. And right now we are in Rook and arrow, new home construction, Shaw homes, and village at Southern trails, talking about various communities and HOA dues and school districts. Next neighborhood is rush Burke north. It has a pool in that community. The HOA dues are approximately $550 annually. The zip code is 7 4 0 1 2, and the grade school is Wolf Creek. The middle school is Oliver, and the high school is the broken arrow south campus. So there’s a city water, city, sewer, and our sidewalks in that community. So lots of places for the kiddos to play. And we are talking about new construction in broken arrow with Shaw homes at the village at Southern trails and broken arrow.
