And so what we do is we take our clients on model home tours. I mean, who doesn’t love to go around looking at beautifully decorated and furnished model homes that allows you to see if in fact your sectional couch is going to fit in the great room, or if you’re going to have enough cabinet space for all of your cookware and pots and pans, or to see if your king bed is going to fit, not just in the master bedroom, but maybe bedroom number two. And so you’ll get to see these, uh, during this model model home tour, it’s actually, uh, our customers have, have told us that the single most helpful thing they did during their home shopping experience was our model home tour.

And it didn’t matter if they continued to build with us or they went on to build with somebody else, or they bought a used home. Their comments, let us know that this experience was extremely helpful during that time period. And so all of our homes are going to be furnished and decorated. You’ll get to see 6, 10, 12 different model homes in different communities. You’ll get to drive your own car. Nobody’s held hostage. If there’s an emergency, you can feel free to, to leave and take care of the emergency. But during this time there’s not going to be any talk of pricing or pressure. It has everything to do with just information. Being able to make the best decision is always based upon having the best information. And so we’re going to focus on the function of the design, behind the homes floor plan. We’re going to show you that there’s something for everyone, the versatility of our homes, some almost 80 different floor plans, and they come as one story and two story, and then they come as small, medium, large, and extra large there’s. There is indeed something for, for everybody. And so the tour allows you to see what would take probably a couple of weeks on your own to do so in 90 minutes or maybe two hours, because time is something that not everybody has

A whole bucket load of these days. And so after the model home tour is step number two is to help you understand how this will fit within the framework of your budget. So we’re going to be talking about financing and as we’ve already focused in on the plan that you desire, we suggest at this point in time that you apply for a mortgage pre-approval if you haven’t already, and not just from any lender, but we suggest using our pre, uh, pre-approved or preferred or proven lenders here at Shaw homes. Soon after you go through the model home tour process, and this, this free five minute application process can be done right online. And when you’re finished with your application, you’ll have your approval inside of 24 hours. There’s a plenty of, of options for you in terms of what products will best suit you with our lenders.

They will match closing costs and interest rates during this time. And if you choose to use our preferred lenders, the incentives are greater than if you did not choose our preferred lenders for your new homes in broken arrow. Third step is our home site reservation. You’ve selected a one of a kind floor plan. And now it’s time to find the one of a kind piece of land to put that new home in broken arrow on the home site, we can build the any floor plan a thousand times over, but there’s no more land being made. And since not every home fits on every home site, now that we know the plan, we’ll be able to show you what home sites will. Uh, your plan will fit on a char homes.
