I just need to know about structural options, customizations, that sort of thing. At the time of purchase agreement shall homes. We’ve got a lot to offer great process, great product. If you like a traditional home, that’s functional. And that just feels great. Just makes you happy when you come inside of it. Come check us out. I’m sitting in this beautiful Jasmine floor plan. The 10 foot entry hall with crown is just, it’s awesome. Okay. I mean, it’s a 10 foot entry. What else do we need to say? Right. Um, you’ve already, you’ve already, you’ve already heard this, but uh, you know, there’s something about walking into a house and just having a higher ceiling in it. It just, you know, you, you don’t feel stuffed. You don’t feel scrunched. It’s, it’s pretty right. Um, we’ve also got a nice little cutout for your, um, entry table, which is a nice little added feature. Um, it doesn’t extend as much into your entry and it’s just beautiful.

No. Um, if you’re talking twin silos, there’s things that can be done as far as the options you have to choose from. I can make some ADA accommodations, but, um, you’re going to get a beautiful home. All right. So let’s just leave it at that. Um, you do have a nice, pretty vault in your great room. I’m sitting in here right now.

Bruce Weber needs to be fired from Kansas state like yesterday. And, um, we need to move on from him. I don’t know that Jean Taylor can trusted to hire somebody. Um, so I’ve got concerns there about going from out of the frying pan and into the fire. Um, so, uh, a lot remains to be seen there, but you know, if, if there’s anything that I can attest to is that Kansas state is a winning program and we need to restore winning to our program. This is just unacceptable. What’s going on right now in Manhattan. And I hope everybody else sees that as an appreciation for that, because this is just wrong. Um, he’s brought the program down and it’s frustrating. Um, how do you go from first to worst? Not just worse, but last place in the conference and worst record in school history. I mean, that’s just a crying shame. So get them out. I’m done with them. I’m over it. Um, yes, I’m sorry. The fireplace is not included. It is an extra, uh, you do have 21,000 you could spend. Okay. And that is built into this price. So if you, you know, choose the fireplace option, that’s fine. Um, we just need to make sure that we include that in your price out capeesh.
