New Construction In Oklahoma | We’ll Get What Is Needed
I am currently in West Shore Homes, new construction in Oklahoma. I am in the Tucson Village community. This community does have a pool. It’s in a really great area. Right now, I’m in the Newport model home. Their floor plan of their floor plans, they have over sixty three floor plans, which is crazy. As I’m walking into this Newport, I look up and there is a 15 foot ceiling with a window and there is a natural light coming in very beautiful and true, very open entryway. And as I go to my left, there is a front bedroom. It’s got a pretty decent size closet. Lots of space in here. It’s got a bathroom and this little hallway. Pretty good sized bathroom. It’s also got a closet in it as you walk out of the closet. There is another closet. Um, and there’s also another closet.
There’s two closets in this hallway. Then as I go to my left, there is a study area. It’s decorated with a desk in it, lots of decorations in this study. This study can be turned into a fourth bedroom they have. In that case, the wall would just be shut off, closed off. You look to your right and you got a hallway. But we’re going to keep going straight and we walk into a new construction in Oklahoma great room. Very open area. It’s got the vaulted ceiling. You look to your left and you got the kitchen. Very good sized kitchen. It’s got the under cabinet lighting with the pendant lights hanging above that look. Got a pretty good size pantry. Very spacious, lots of cabinet space. When you come to your Nook area, pretty good size Nigeria could fit about six chairs. Well, let’s look on the back porch. We got pretty decent size patio. So then you walk into the master bedroom. You got the vaulted ceilings in here. You got the two side windows. Pretty decent sized master room could fit a king size bed in here and some furniture. Walk into the master bathroom, we got the two vanities, got a really big mirror in here. Love that. Then you turn around and you got a nice looking tub and a tiled shower. There are different options for that. This bathroom? You got the toilet with the cabinet above it. Then we walk into our closet and pretty good sized closet. What a space in this closet. You got like a section to hang some long dresses. And then three T-shirts. Oh, this new construction in Oklahoma is great. Then we walk. So we’re just we’re in the master. We were in the bathroom and now we’re in the master closet. And actually, you can walk right in to wander from there. Isn’t that crazy? Got a pretty decent sized laundry room? Anyways, we call this the snooze button. You and your husband wake up at different times in the morning will guess what? You can just scoot your way out of here and not have to bug him. So then from the laundry room goes into a fourth bedroom. Do you have children? This would be a great floor plan for you because you can get to them quick. It’s got a good sized closet in here. We love that. OK. There’s a closet right out of the laundry room, coats, lots of storage space in this floorplan. New home construction. We got a mud bench. All of our floor plans have mud benches, which is so cool. Also walking home from the garage. It’s right there, so just slip off your shoes, hang up your coat and boom, you’re good to go. Also, we’re not walking in to the Wonder Room from the garage, which is how usually a lot of different homes are built, which is nice because you know you come home from one job and you don’t want to come home to another, you know? All right. So that’s the Newport floorplan. Let me just talk about the décor in this home. It is absolutely phenomenal. You know, whoever design this, actually, our designer does amazing. So we got like a green theme going on in here, very modern. And I’m loving the vaulted ceilings in this new construction in Oklahoma. All of our homes have vaulted ceiling, which that’s what makes us different from other home builders. And that’s why you should choose shop. Let’s see when you walk in this entryway, has I come back here?
There’s a little cubby area to the right. It’s some extra space for like a bench, a mere shoe rack. Fun stuff like that. I don’t know if I mentioned, but in the study area, we’ve got a closet in here. I love that. This has got a two car garage in here. So just talk about a few things about shore homes. So we are tossers largest homebuilding company crazy. We have over sixty three floor plans to choose from. So that’s why we have our model. Home tours is to narrow down options for you because, you know, going through a sixty three floor plans isn’t going to be that fun. Showrooms is a game changer for one, because we have so many options to choose from and our team here is absolutely amazing. We’re such a family here. We all work together.
