New Construction In Oklahoma | We Have Got Your Back
All right. So I’m just pulling into the Tucson Village community and broken arrow. We got some pretty trees as we entry this neighborhood. And we also got a pull to the right side. It’s just very nice. So I’m about to walk into the Liberty Mall, just point out some great, outstanding features that really stand out to me. So as I walk into this home man, the new construction in Oklahoma is just crazy. But as we walk into this Liberty model, we got a lot of space in this entryway on the front porch. We got room for a bench over here. We got a beautiful blue door. Now, as we walk into this home, we got a longer entryway than the Newport, actually. Um, actually, as I look to my right, there’s a pushed up space for my bench or a mirror or a table, which is very nice. And also, once I walk at the front door from the inside, there’s a little window right by it. It’s nice, brings in a little bit of natural lighting. So as I turn to my left, we got two rooms. So let’s go to the front room. All right, this room has a pretty decent sized closet in here. Nice sized window. I love that view. And then as we walk out of the room, we got the bathroom in the middle of the two rooms.
Oh, I love how this dark room is decorated. We got some pink. Love the colors and hair and love these countertops. Then we walk into the other bedroom on the side of the bathroom, and it’s also got a closet in here. Pretty wow. Really decent size closet. This new construction in Oklahoma room is decorated of Star Wars. Our designer did really good on this, right? So as we walk down this hallway, there’s a lot of space to put decorations, which is nice. We love that we walk into the great room and actually this model. The ceiling is vaulted all throughout the great room and the kitchen, and I absolutely love that. I love the openness. You don’t feel clustered. It’s very nice. It’s not the recessed lights on the ceilings throughout the great room in the kitchen.
We love that this home’s got a pink theme. Love that. Very, very homey. Then over here in the corner of the Great Room, we’ve got the fireplace. Fireplace is optional in this home, but it can go in the corner or it can go against the wall, whatever fits your boat. So we walk into the kitchen, we got the the pendant lights hanging. New home construction, we’re sure. We got some gray countertops, very nice, very smooth looking. We got the 50 50 sink here, believe it’s under Mao. Also, as I look to the side, we got this very big nook space. This is one of the biggest nook spaces in the Manchester. Lots of room got the triple windows in the background. Beautiful light fixture hanging. Love this area and it has six chairs with another chair in the corner. A little decorative chair. Amazing. Look out on the patio. Got a nice little area for a couple of chairs and a table. Maybe even a hammock. new construction in Oklahoma New home construction. So we walk into the master room and we also got the vaulted ceilings. Now one thing I love about this floor plan in the master is it’s got these two little bitty windows on each side and it just really I love the natural lighting that it gives. It’s like the vaulted ceilings, I think I said that. It’s decorated, very cute, this room is a little wider than the Newport could fit a king size bed in here as well. So as we walk into the bathroom, this one’s laid out a little bit different.
We’ve got the one thing and of the double vanity and we’ve got the fiberglass shower. In the closet instead of the bathtub in the shower, so say you love your husband’s storage, don’t really take baths. This is the perfect option for you. Goes the toilet over here, then we walk into our massive closet area, so this closet is a little bigger than the Newport. And just to point out, it’s got this really cute window in the middle bringing in that natural lighting. We love the natural lighting, you know, just it’s happy. It’s happy vibes. So of course, we walk from the master to the master bathroom into the master closet. And guess what? We walk right into the laundry room. I mean, you could literally just kick your clothes in there and not have to carry, and that’s awesome. So as we’re in the laundry room, we go straight to a hallway and this hallway to your left. We got a mud bench. Mud benches are included in all of our home homes, which is amazing. We got the garage right by it, so it’s nice you’re not walking straight into your laundry room when you get home.
No one wants to come home to a second job, right? Then you look to your left and you got more storage. You got. A coat hanging closet. So new construction in Oklahoma. Then you look to your right. So you walk from you, walk in from your garage. You keep going. Boom to your left. You got a pocket study area. I love this option and a home because when it comes to having an office, you know you ought to have a whole room to put a desk in or got to put it in your master. It takes up too much room. Well, with this option, it’s literally hidden and built into your home. It’s got to head. Knock your cabinets. We love lots of storage on this little desk area. It’s got three drawers. It’s got a big one in the middle and then it’s got two cabinets.
So with new home construction in Oklahoma, so this pocket area is where the pantry is. You open the pantry. It’s about the same size as the Newport. What’s a cabinet shelf space? Let’s just go back. All right. So one thing I forgot to mention with the Liberty is not only I mentioned the three triple windows and the Nook. There’s also three windows in the great room. That’s so crazy. All right. Oh, and I also got to mention the beautiful backsplash that’s in the kitchen. We love that. It’s very modern looking. This liberty and the new home construction in Oklahoma, this liberty is very open, very spacious. The new part was also very open, but this one just has. It feels like there’s a little more space, even though it’s a little smaller. We love it. So. All right. As I’m walking out to go out the front door, my eyes just go straight on this little window. I think that is so cute. Now, as I walk out of the door, you know, I could take a sit on the bench right here. There’s plenty of room for a bench.
