New Home In Oklahoma City | Are You Liking This Stuff?
So as I’m walking through the Jospin memorial, this is a really neat model, probably one of my favorites. So as you walk in the entryway, you got this entry hall and you’ve got this kind of corner cubby area for a bench, a mirror, just a little extra space. So as we walk in to our left, we got this hallway. And as soon as we stop in this hallway to our right, we got a bathroom. This bathroom has a sink. It has a bath and tub, all in one very New Home In Oklahoma City spacious bathroom. And as we walk out of that, we have a front bedroom and we also have a bedroom right beside it. So this first bedroom, it’s got a really decent sized closet in it, and it has two windows that brings in a lot of natural lighting. This is a bigger room. One of the bigger rooms in this floorplan.
So as we go into the third room, it does have also a pretty spacious closet. And also, there’s even a coat closet in this hallway, so there’s a lot of storage in this floorplan. So there are three rooms in this little area. This is a split living home, which is nice if you have kids and you know, if your kids are up late with their friends, you don’t have to listen to them because you’ll be on the other side of the house. So you got your three bedrooms in this front hallway. You got every bedroom, has a closet and also you got the laundry room and you know how kids are with laundry. So it’s perfect because it’s right by the room. So the laundry room also leads to the master closet, which is really neat, so you can get your kids fast if you need to. So you go through the laundry room and you can get to your master closet and then your master bedroom. But let’s just rewind and go back to the entry hallway. So on our left, we got the hallway with the three rooms in the laundry room in that bathroom. So you can get to the master room from the laundry room, but we’re going to go straight and go into the great room. So there is an optional fireplace in this room. It can go in the corner or it can go against the wall or you don’t even have to have one. So from the great room, I’m against the wall is a door to go to the master bedroom. This master bedroom does have a vaulted ceiling and the master bath has the built in tub and shower all in one. And then it has the extra storage space. It has a one vanity in it and the other option for a bathroom and this floor plan. The master bathroom is to have the two vanities, the shower and the tub instead of the closet and the built in shower and tub. So let’s go back to the great room. We got the kitchen and the nook. We got a really big nook area here in the kitchen, and I like how it’s facing a different direction. That’s different. So from the kitchen, you got your utility room and you got your pantry. This floor plan does have a decent sized garage in it, and there is an optional third garage and there is also an optional and large New Home In Oklahoma City patio and the score plan. So also just to point out some features for the fourth bedroom. You can turn it into a lecture room, which is like an office or could be a game room or whatever you want it to to me. So if that were to be, there would just be no door and it would be an open doorway area. So some more features will point out about the Jasmine is it has a 10 foot entry hall with the crown molding. It has a master sitting area with Boltons. It has a like I just said the lecture. You can turn the bedroom number for him a New Home In Oklahoma City lecture and it does have a mud bench, which all of our homes come with my benches. So that’s neat. Then third, we’ll take your home site and then four, we’ll pick your finishes and the five will go through a purchase agreement. A list of kind of just set her down for our customers. And kind of it just comes from knowing what they’re going to have to go through to get their home built. So.
