One thing I really love getting the chance to kind of surprise my fighters with is just the fact of informing them about shows and showing what homes can do for them, because there’s a lot that goes into shore homes, there’s a lot that goes into our process and our structure of the New Home Construction OKC. And then also, I love getting the chance to show off just how many locations we’re building and how, how far we’ve grown and how many communities we’re getting to impact positively over this. Such a huge amount of time. It’s such a fun option. It’s such a fun opportunity that we get the chance to show buyers kind of show off.
More than anything, I guess, is the right word. I love getting the chance to show this off to buyers and making sure I’m setting the best expectation in the best understanding for them and their process. Excuse me, because as a whole, I mean, we offer some of the best incentives, we offer some of the best opportunities, some of the best communities, home sites, floor plans, I mean, really, you name it, we’ve got the best because we’ve been in this industry for going on almost 40 years now. We’ve been here for a long time. We’ve weathered some really weird economic changes and economic upturns and downturns, and we’ve weathered through this COVID mess and we’ve stuck around. We’ve merged with four other or three other builders. I believe in taking them on and gotten the chance to see the impact that has been made on this community and all the communities that we’re building in, whether that’s new homes and I’m in New Home Construction OKC, new construction homes and then these areas where we’re building in, they’re all very much impacted by the things that we do and the options that we provide to our our buyers and to those that are looking at building or purchasing with us. So that’s a very big factor that we try to to walk buyers through and kind of set a good explanation and a good understanding for of like, Hey, this is this is how we do things. And that basically with that being said, how we do things, it’s called our the five easy steps to owning a home. That’s a factor that goes into play with our process, with our structure. And excuse me. And also basically with that being said, we walk into soon as somebody walks in my model.
As soon as I get a buyer that comes through my my model home and my goal right off the bat is basically to walk them through this. The five easy steps are owning a home. So the five easy steps to owning a home, the very first step, the very first structure that we have in place more than anything is going to be the model home tour. That’s the very first step. This model Home Tours has been created and it has been designed to help buyers get a good understanding and get a good viewing of what’s next, what’s coming up, what’s to be expected from here, and also to guide them as they walk through this process. Because it can be a little confusing if you don’t understand what’s to be what’s coming, you know what’s to be expected, all these things from here then. I mean, it can be a little concerning and you know, people don’t want to don’t want to join your party if they don’t know what’s coming next. Kind of like your kids, if you, you know, you call it them to come downstairs and we’re going to go here, we’re going to go do that or hop in the car, they’re going to go, Where are we going? That’s the very first question. That’s a big factor that comes into play. I think obviously with us, with our structure that we have are very first thing that we keep in mind for our structure, for our process, we try to make sure that we’re communicating well as, Hey, this is where we’re going. Excuse me, and that’s what our five easy steps are. That’s the very first step in the very first structure to the five easy steps to owning a home with us here at Shore. It’s more than anything a structure, a start to an understanding of this is where we’re going. This is what it looks like as a whole, as a process. This is how we structure our process. This is what we do for our buyers. This is how we work. And so that way, then buyers are have a better understanding of what’s coming. They have a better understanding of what’s to be expected. They have a better understanding of how our structure works, how our structure looks in regards to them walking through it. And then also more than anything, it gets them a chance and an opportunity to then feel comfortable moving forward with us. Because when buyers feel comfortable, when they feel like the expectation has been set, the understanding has been properly met. Moving forward, then we get the opportunity to benefit them as a whole and we really get the chance to show off what we can do for them and just how that structure looks and how that that process looks as a whole and with that structure being kept in mind. Because if people aren’t comfortable to move forward, if they don’t feel like they’re being taken care of, if they’re their process is not been taking care of, then they’re they’re not going to want to move forward. And that’s not something that we want to do. We want to make sure that we’re setting the right expectation, having a good understanding of what’s coming next and what’s coming within the following step. And then again, once we do that, then then we get the chance to show off just how amazing we are. I mean, that’s the very first step is getting buyers sold on saying, Look, this is we’ve got a lot to offer. They’ve got a lot of opportunities. If you just give us a chance to show off what that is and what can be done for you, then we really get the chance to strive and go above and beyond expectations and understanding that. Husband of, you know, this is what I thought the the construction process would be like, and they get to see that it’s way better than they ever imagined. Our process is literally one of the best, whether it’s you’re looking at new homes in Edmond New Home Construction OKC new construction homes in OKC, but all of those locations, as well as in Tulsa as well as him, excuse me, or Tulsa Market in that, you know, the options that we’re offering in those locations. There’s a lot that goes into it. There’s a lot that we provide and a lot of thought we get the chance to incentivize and just go above and beyond with for our buyers and for their structure and for their process as a whole. So that way, whenever they get the chance to walk through with us, walk alongside us, they know what’s coming. But with all that being said, the very first step is that model home to are kind of like I spoke about. The very next step is the framing inside. So once they get the chance to see the model homes, we then want to make sure that we’re showing off what can be done in these model homes in regards to monthly payment and in regards to options and opportunities that they get. And then also, we want to make sure that we are getting the chance to then set better expectations were then getting the chance to excuse me. When we’re setting those expectations, we can tell them what their monthly payments can look like, what the interest rates are going to look like, what their excuse me, what that. Pre-approval processes in the mortgage process when it comes in coincides with coincides with building from scratch because things may look a little different, whether you’re building from scratch, whether you’re coming to us to buy a market ready home, whether you’re wanting something nuts and or needing something that you get to design, or that you’re getting the chance to build from scratch, kind of like I just said, there’s a lot of options and a couple of different opportunities that people get to pick from and they get to see and kind of get an understanding of moving forward and how that works to benefit them as a whole. But more than anything, I mean, it’s a great way for us to incentivize opportunities and incentivize options for our buyers, because then when they get the chance to see and have a better understanding of what’s coming here or what’s coming next than they get, they feel like they are very involved.
They feel like they’re being taken care of. They feel like their New Home Construction OKC structure has been exceeded and the expectation has been met. Beyond, you know what might have been expected as a whole.
So it’s really fun getting the chance to offer and incentivize some pretty amazing options and some pretty amazing opportunities. Whether you’re, you know, whether you’re building with us or purchasing a mercredi home with us, there’s a lot that goes into our structure and our steps as a whole. And so when I’m getting the chance to kind of talk about those exceed that expectation, go above and beyond that expectation, then I’m really getting the chance to win and showing off. You know what can be done for our buyers and how that works in regards to their their process. But why I keep talking about our process is because it is so important. I think it’s extremely important when we talk to our buyers and set expectations, we got to talk about our process. We have to set a good understanding of what’s to be expected moving forward from here because if they don’t understand what’s coming next or what the expectation we, you know, I’m expected to do this and have this done in this ready and yada yada, all this and that. If I don’t set that good expectation, that good understanding of what’s to be what’s moving, move forward from here, then I am not doing my job well, and that’s obviously not my goal at all. That’s not the accomplishment that I want to achieve. I want to do everything that I can to be able to go above and beyond with the process and with the steps that we have in regards to our opportunities. So more than moving forward from there and then getting the chance to set a better standard, a better New Home Construction OKC expectation. We’re getting the chance to benefit each and every buyer involved.
