Once your sales representative gathers all of that information, they will put their minds at the test and try and find the perfect floor plan for for you. Next, after you decide on the floor plan that of your choice, you’re going to move on to payment. Payment is one. We’ll give you a price out estimate. We’ll work with a lender and get you pre-approved. We’ll do all the things that comes with money. And then after that, we’re going to pick our place. So you’ll be able to pick your home site if you live near the near the area and can make your way to the community of your choice, you can set up ground on step your feet on the ground that you’ll be building on and make sure it’s the perfect fit for you and your family. If you’re not in, you’re out of state or you’re too far, whichever is for you, then we will face time you and make sure that you love this home side and will appreciate living on it and appreciate what is on it. And then you’ll make a homesite reservation, so you will write a check and you will give it to us, or if you’re out of state, you will send a picture to us. And that check will not be cash or anything. It’s just putting a hold on that home site.
So we know you are legitimate about buying this home. After that, you will move on to finishes where you will pick out the details and the colors of your house. There are so many different options. There are options like your flooring, whether you want hardwood or tile or carpet or. A certain hard, certain tile that looks like hardwood, you also will choose countertops, do you want to centimeter three centimeter? Do you want our level one? Do you want our Level 11 of our countertops? We have so many countertops, especially in our heritage series. And then other things like your hardware, the color of your walls, the color on the outside of the house, what faucet do you want in your sink or what fast do you want in your bathroom sinks? All the things that go into the house are all things that you get to choose, which is so awesome. And then there’s also things like the New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma upgrades. So if you want baseboards to be lifted from being that two inches to being the four inches, that could be a small upgrade charge and it makes the entire house look completely different, makes it feel more luxurious and, you know, makes it feel like you spend a lot more money on this home. After we figure out, you know, the finishes and the price and we, you know. Get all the way to the contract, you will actually sign contract, you will sign your purchase agreement. And that just means that it’s finalized. The pressure at is the price you’ll pay. The finish is the floor plan everything. Then we will say the same. And then after that, you will wait about 30 days. We are going to do everything on our part to get the construction loan, to hit the ground running with your home site. And hopefully here in the next 30 days, we will have everything taken care of and we will start digging and laying concrete for your foundation.
