Shaw homes, custom homes, custom homes, Broken Erin, we’ve got about 64 different floor plans to look at and there’s a lot of different options and features that you can add in your home. So if you are looking for something that is more on the customs side, there are custom features that we can add to the floor plans. So the great thing about custom homes, broken Arrow is that one, the first thing that you’ll, Edmond New Homes Oklahoma we’ll actually do is you will go on a model home tour with one of the sales managers based off of what it is that you are currently looking for in your home. We’re going to show you the homes that we currently have that are models. The great thing about the models is that they are fully furnished and decorated and located in multiple communities, custom homes, broken Arrow, um, typically with that, you’re going to take a look at each of the floor plans.
The great thing about that as well is that we do decorate every single one of our floor plans completely different and it will also help you get different ideas of what it is that you’re currently looking for or wanting to put into your future home. So when you do have your design studio appointments, um, you’ll already have an idea of the things that you do like and don’t like during the model home tour process. We highly encourage you to take as many pictures of the different styles or cabinetry, paint, color, whatever it is that you like. Um, so that way you can show the interior designer when you start picking out items for your future home. Um, the particular floor plan that I currently sit in is called the men row. Now the monroe is the most versus health floor plan that we have. We do have 15 different versions of this floor plan. So one thing to keep in mind, you know, before we do consider thinking about doing anything on the custom side, you may actually find floor plan where you don’t have to really change anything. And so that’s why the model home tour is important and have such great value
because out of 64 different floor plans, typically we do have something for everybody now as of a custom piece in the custom homes, broken Arrow and some of those customers options can be something as simple as adding like a wooden bench in the neck, which we currently do have that displayed in our old monitoring model that is currently for sale out in broken Arrow in a community called villages southern trials. Um, this floor plan on sizes vary from the low 2100 square feet as a one story three bedroom, two bath, two car garage to our 3,671 square feet that Scott, five bedrooms, a formal dining. And an office three full bathrooms, a game room and a bonus room. And so that’s one of the main reasons why that this particular floor plan is also our number one selling floor plan because we do have so many different, Edmond New Homes Oklahoma, variations that we can do of this floor plan to meet pretty much anyone’s needs

We have a variety of communities that’s available for some of our communities out in broken Arrow can start as little as 170,000 to our custom side, which are custom homes, broken Arrow and wealth stone out at Forest Ridge, which is a gated community. We actually have some custom floor plans out there. And on our custom side that is called, um, waterstone homes with the water show homes. They are pretty much completely custom from the ground up. Granted, we do have some models that we already have up and you can take a look at him on the waterstone side, on the included features is going to be quite different from the shaw home side. Um, but with the waterstone side, you know, you can pretty much come in with an idea and we’re going to make it happen for you. You can let the custom builder David Know what it is that you’re looking for, what would you like in your home and he can draw something out for you.
Now on the custom side, uh, the minimum price range will be around 400 and up a pending on the price of the land as well, or whether or not you’re building on your own private property on the custom side for waterstone homes. The included feature will also be a bit different from the shaw home side. Now with wellstone, wellstone is a gated community and part of Forest Ridge, um, for shrinkage has completely revamped their whole entire country club. And they’ve remodeled this swimming pool. Edmond New Homes Oklahoma They added two more tennis courts. Um, I believe that they’re also adding, they’re changing out Savannah’s cafe to possibly like a higher end state cows. There’s tons of walking trails, catch and release fishing pond, um, I want to say over 10 miles when it comes to the walking and jogging trails. You’re also extremely close to the creek turnpike, just right off of 70, first in midway, so right west of 71st and midway is going to be the gated community called milestone on the west side of well stone.
There’s going to be a new community that’s going in right now in the name of that community will be Spring Hill. Edmond New Homes Oklahoma The price point out at Spring Hill will probably be your mid twos and up versus well stone. You’re looking at high threes and uh, and you also have homes. How that wall stone, that’s three quarters of a million dollars if not more. And so Spring Hill will be located right next to wellstone and we should be preselling for Spring Hill and the next couple of months, um, and the plan should be on forest ridge, um, their website. So that way you can see what available home sites, um, are there and the location of, um, and whether or not it’s going to be a golf course lot, some of them will be on that premiere.
