Now Forest Ridge, they’re revamping their development and remodeling their clubhouse, a tennis courts, restaurants, swimming pools. They’re offering a lot in their community. So this is definitely a community that I would recommend when you are considering a custom homes broken arrow. They have a gated community called well stone, um, this particular community, we have a lot of home sites available with golf course views and then we have some corner lots and it looks like we have some that are golf course view, an palm view, and we have some inside home sites
as well that’s left in walstone. Now with wellstone being a gated community, you will have a monthly fee and that’s because you are responsible for the gates and the streets inside of wealth stone. Um, let me actually pull this up on our site. We have other parts of forest ridge that is not gated as well. Um, but the custom homes, broken Arrow, if you’re wanting to actually do a custom home, wellstone is gonna be the location that you’re going to want to take a look at for broken around. You have elementary schools that’s located right behind the highlands. So if you live in the highlands, it’s actually going to be walking distance. Nsu. Forest Ridge has a lot to offer their residents. You will also get special, um, special promotions when it comes to the golf memberships. The golf club is actually open seven days a week from 7:00 AM until dark. They are closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s day only, and they have a driving range chipping green and putting green. The beverage carts have to go and Cafe Savannah’s which will actually be renamed shortly. The Golf Digest rankings for Forest Ridge Golf course is going to be four and a half stars. The course information is going to be 7,083 for yardage there. Seventy one pars the course rating is a 75 point five. The slope rating is 1:47. Signature hole is number 15 in tournament teas. Um, the resident annual golf membership is going to be $2,300 a year for individual and $3,600 a year for a family. This is going to include green fees, carts with gps, unlimited use of practice range three guests at the club card rate, seven day advanced tee times golf handicap service and discounts on golf, Edmond New Homes Oklahoma sponsored events and charging privileges in golf, sharp golf shop and restaurants. And then you get to go play nine holes.

There’s a trail system that extends throughout the neighborhood alongside lakes and wooded areas. The nature trails allow residents to walk or bike around the community. There is access to catch and release fishing lake stocked with a variety of fish, a resident clubcard to the award winning public golf course benefits include discounted fees up to three guests per visit at the same rate, the seven day advanced tee times, and discounts for food and golf merchandise residents only golf programs and discounts on annual membership. Resident rates for the Ridge Club and resident rates for the golf. I’m also the Forest Ridge Homeowner’s association requires each resident pay annual dues to support the maintenance of common areas. Nature trails, Edmond New Homes Oklahoma parks and other amenities. Um, homeowners do not contribute to the rich club. So the great thing about the annual dues, you’re gonna have three 60 for the annual dues for Hoa when you are in well stone, however you do have to 40 for your gate because it is a gated community. So total is going to be 600 a year to have that access, which is extremely affordable for everything it is that you’re getting in that community.
