Hello and welcome to shaw homes and thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this article today. I’m going to tell you about your big speed new homes and what it looks like to either build from scratch or find. I move in ready home with shaw homes. It also has a master bedroom and then a second bedroom downstairs, and that master bedroom has what we call a snooze button design, New Homes Edmond so in your big speed, new home, if you were looking for a walkthrough feature from the master, and if people get up at separate times, one person can get up and close the doors from the master bedroom going into the master bathroom and shower and change, get ready for the day and exit through the closet instead of having to go back and forth through the master bedroom, maybe to disturb their partner. So that’s what we call the snooze button design. Then upstairs there’s a game room, a bedroom and a bathroom. Another move in ready home we have here show homes is called the notting hill l located in rush broke north. This one is currently under construction and the price is $325,628. The address is 3009 West edgewater street in broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The square footage here is to that 2,605 square feet. Four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms. Two stories with a three car garage. This is located in broken Arrow school district three, so we have wolf creek elementary, all of her middle school and Broken Arrow high school. New Homes Edmond The other move in ready home I want to tell you about is called the Monroe one. I located at the reserve at Spring Creek. The address here is six five zero, one south chestnut avenue in broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The price for them, no one is 369,900. The status is active. The square footage for this monroe, one eye is 3,671 square feet. This is our largest monroe version with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage.
Some of the cool things about the monroe one I is that it is our largest monroe version with 15 different versions in the memo is our most popular floor plan as well.
