Some of the other big speed new homes that I want to tell you about today are the ones that we have with shaw homes.
The next big city, new home floor plan is called the monroe to the Monroe to is 2000, 172 square feet with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one story, and a two car garage. The cool thing about them in row two is that again, it has the largest living space, if any of our floor plans with the largest outdoor covered patio as well, and a really neat master bathroom setup with a corner tub and a split vanity layout. The Monroe too also comes in five different upstairs configurations, so the Monroe too. New Homes Edmond He makes it a two story home with a bedroom, a bathroom, and a game room upstairs, making it 2,952 square feet. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Next would be the main road to h, making this with a game room, two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, making it 3000, 177 square feet.
Five bedroom home. Three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Next to beat the Monroe too. I making it with two bedrooms, two game rooms, and a bathroom upstairs. So you have a big large bonus. Bedroom are big, large bonus game room upstairs, making it 3,500, 13 square feet, a five bedroom, three bathroom home, two stories at the three car garage. Now the monroe to p is different in the sense that when right when you walk upstairs, you walk right into the game room. The other ones, the upstairs versions, you walk up into a hallway in the game room is down the hallway above the living area, but this game room would be above the downstairs bedrooms and a garage. So New Homes Edmond in the Monroe to pee, you walk right upstairs into the game room with a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs as well, making it 2,700 square feet, four bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage.
Next is the monroe, the monroe three is 2000, 112 square feet. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms at the one story home with a three car garage. Again, the cool thing about the monroe three, one story is that it has a dining room and the bedrooms are in two different places separated by the bathroom and in the laundry room is still connected to the master suite. Now if you build this in a two story version, then you get that study downstairs as well with windows in it, New Homes Edmond so you have a dining room, a study, the largest great room, an open concept in the kitchen and the largest covered back patio with a really cool master suite design,
but in the two serves two story version, there’s only one bedroom upstairs, downstairs, and the rest would be upstairs, so the monroe three would be with the. In row three, he would be one bedroom, a game room, and a bathroom upstairs, making it 2,912 square feet. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. The next would be the monroe, three H, making it 3000, 117 square feet, four bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories. It was a three car garage. The next version of the big new homes is the monroe three I, which is 3,379 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage, and next would be the monroe, three p again when you walked right into the game room, allowing for a game room, a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs, making it 2,658 square feet. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. The next biggest b new home floor plan on it, New Homes Edmond tell me about is called the Monterey. Monterey as a single story is one of my favorite big speed new homes. It starts at 2,446 square feet. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One story with a three car garage.
The cool thing about the Monterey is that it has the most private bedrooms were all the bedrooms are down either a short hallway or a long hallway in the master suite situation. So to get to the master suite you have to walk down an l shaped hallway. So it was a private entrance into the master area. Some of our floor plans have the master bedroom right off the kitchen. This one is down in l shape hallway. New Homes Edmond
You can also have the Monterey as a two story version. One of them would be the Monterey one. He whenever you make it into a two story version, if you get a game room, one bedroom and a bathroom upstairs, but it also redesigned the first floor, so the first floor on the two story version of the Monterey makes it. You still have the powder bathroom downstairs, which is a really cool feature, but you also have another suite, so instead of having two bedrooms downstairs, you only have one, but with a walk in bathroom and a walk in closet. So you have a second suite downstairs and the rest of the bedrooms be upstairs. The Monterrey one, he is 3,265 square feet. Three bedrooms to three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage where you can do the Monterey, one h, which is 3,448 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. You can also build the big speed new home, the Monterrey to the Monterey to what the difference is between this one and the Monterey. One New Homes Edmond is that if you drew a line in the dining room and the great room and expanded at four feet, you have the Monterey too, so it just widens the entire house by four feet, making it 2,654 square feet, a four bedroom, three bedroom,

The cool thing about this is that there is a powder bathroom as well and it has to be built as a two story because downstairs there’s only the master suite, really large master bedroom with a nice sized master bathroom and the master closet walk through design and again, the laundry room is actually in a separate room right off of the master and off of the entrance from the garage for. The cool thing about that is that if you come home, you don’t have to walk through your laundry room to go into your closet or into your entryway. The laundry room is in its own separate room. You also have a powder bathroom in this floor plan with the rest of the bedrooms being upstairs. So the Nottinghill age is 2,400 square feet. New Homes Edmond, but you have one bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms, a game room and a bathroom upstairs. Next is the notting nottinghill l, this one you have three bedrooms, a bathroom and a game room upstairs making it 26, 18 square feet. And the Notting Hill v, the Nottinghill B, you have still three bedrooms, a bathroom and a game room upstairs
with the notting hill l. So the Notting Hill l is 26, 18 square feet. The Hill B is 25, 83 square feet. The next one is called the Parkwood. Again, the park would have to be built as a two story. The parkwood age, it only has one bedroom downstairs. And the rest are upstairs. Where it does have a study, the Parkwood age is 2,623 square feet. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. The parkwood l is 28, 94 for a four bedroom, three bathroom, two story with the three car garage. The park would be the big speed. New homes is 2,848 square feet, four bedroom homes, bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage, and the park would x is 3081 square feet, a five bedroom home with three bathrooms, two stories, and a three car garage. The next big speeding home I want to tell you about is called the Prescott. New Homes Edmond Prescott can be built with several different floor plans as well. So the Prescott as a one story home as one of my favorites.
