New Homes Edmond Today we’ll be going over the model home size by a lot, which homes can fit on what sized lots. Some plans are bigger than others and of course every single home site is unique, so it’s important to know what homes will fit on. What law first up is our skinniest plan. It is the Monro to has the dimensions of 48 feet wide by 70 feet, eight inches deep. When you add the brick, it turns into 48 inch, 48 feet, 10 inches by 71 feet six inches. Therefore, the minimum width lot with a five foot utility easement on either side would be 59 feet wide.
For the Monroe too, next up is the addison 48 point eight feet. Uh, excuse me, 48 feet, eight inches by 66 feet. When you add break, it becomes 49 feet six inches by 66 feet, 10 inches, therefore requiring a homesite whether five foot utility has been on either side of at least 60 feet wide. The Finley, very similar to the Edison at 49 feet wide by 59 foot three inches deep. Moving on to the New Homes Edmond one featuring dimensions of 58 feet by 70 feet, eight inches. When you add brick, it becomes 58 feet 10 inches by 71 feet, six inches further depth. Therefore with a minimum five foot utility been on either side, it does require a minimum width of 69 feet. Moving on to the monro three featuring dimensions 58 feet wide by 63 feet, four inches deep. When you had brick, it becomes 58 feet 10 inches by 64 feet two inches. Therefore with a minimum utility easement of five feet on either side, the Monro three will require a minimum lot width of 69 feet.
Moving on to the Monterrey, two dimensions are 58 feet wide by 66 feet, six inches deep. When you add brick, it becomes 58 feet 10 inches wide by 67 feet, four inches deep. Therefore with a minimum utility easement of five feet on either side, it requires a minimum lot width of 69 feet bixby. New home builders. Next up is the prescott featuring dimensions of 58 feet by 66 feet 10 inches. When you had break, it becomes 58 feet 10 inches by 67 feet, eight inches. Therefore with a minimum five foot utility easement on either side, the Prescott does require a minimum lot width of 69 feet and two are three widest plans. The crescent one or or the Crescent, m or P, however you want it, featuring dimensions of 59 feet by 62 feet. When you add brick, it becomes 59 feet 10 inches by 62 feet 10 inches. Therefore with a five foot minimum utility easement on either side, it does require a minimum of 70 feet wide, big speed new home builders. Moving on to the redford three, featuring dimensions are 58 feet, six inches wide by 66 feet deep. When you add brick, New Homes Edmond it quickly becomes 59 feet four inches wide by 66 feet 10 inches deep. Therefore with a five foot utility easement on either side, it does require a minimum lot width of 70 feet wide. Moving on to
the final and widest plan the Wyndham to featuring dimensions of 59 feet wide by seven 67 feet, eight inches deep. When you add break, it becomes 59 feet 10 inches wide by 68 feet six inches deep. Therefore with a five foot utility easement on either side, New Homes Edmond it will require a minimum lot width of 70 feet wide.
