Thank you for taking time out of your day to read this article and gather all of the information needed to make the best decision for you and your family whenever you’re looking to purchase and really design and build your Oklahoma City new homes. Um, so today we’re just talking about your Edmond new home and what it looks like to go through the process here with shaw homes and really all of the steps needed to get into your Oklahoma City new homes. Um, but really what I wanna talk about as well as some of the floor plans that we have, we have over 90 different floor plans. So there’s a lot to look at. Some of these floor plans have 15 different versions. Um, so it really, the best thing about shaw homes is that we have more fully furnished and decorated model homes than any other builder because who doesn’t love going around looking at beautifully decorated model homes for your Oklahoma City new homes.

Uh, we found that most people are so visual that it’s really helpful to really walk through these floor plans and experience them for yourself instead of just looking at a two d piece of paper because whenever you’re looking for you’re Oklahoma City new homes, it’s a big decision and you’re gonna be spending a lot of money. So why rush this decision and why just go off of a blueprint on a piece of paper and instead of spending an extra 90 minutes walking through all of these homes to make sure these floor plans have the right flow and, and feeling and, and really have the right vibe for you and your family. Um, we found that somebody, so many people find a two d floor plan and they think it’ll work, but once they walk through our floor plans, maybe they find that they seem to be bumping into walls and the one they thought they would like and the one that they thought they wouldn’t, like, they didn’t expect to love it. So the best thing you could do is join in on one of our model home tours, um, to just walk through all of our floor plans before you make that decision to build your Oklahoma City new homes.

The building process can be overwhelming, but that’s why we have this 10 step process. Again, the first step is the model home tour really, so you can see all of our floor plans and make the best decision for you and your family. Um, on the model home tour it takes about 90 minutes and you’ll drive your own vehicle. So if something comes up, you’re free to go at any time. You’re not stuck in a van with a sales manager or anything like that. And whenever you’re looking to build your Oklahoma City new homes, I’m the tour is actually over here and we start in broken Arrow, Oklahoma, uh, in our community called Ashbrook. And all of the communities are all of the homicides in Ashbrook or a half acre or larger. So, um, this is where we start on the model home tour.

The floor plan there is called the Prescott Prescott is really cool because it can be a one story or it can be a two story as well. And the cool thing about the two version is that the stairs are hidden down a hallway. So whenever you’re looking for an Oklahoma City new homes, if you want one of our largest one story floor plans and the Prescott is definitely one that you should take a look at. Um, but then as a two story, yeah, the stairs are hidden down the hallway. I’m kind of far away from the rest of the house. That way you know, it’s kind of a private entrance to that two story. And then upstairs you can do a game room, a bedroom and a bathroom or two or so you can do just a game room upstairs as well if you wanted just a space for you and your family to go upstairs and hang out.

Or maybe you send the kids or the grandkids upstairs just to have their own space. Um, so you can be a one story, two story with just the game room upstairs. A two story with a game room, a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs, or a two story with a game room, a bedroom, another bedroom, and a bathroom upstairs. So this one has a lot of different options and potential there. I’m one of the coolest things about the Prescott is that over the years we’ve really gotten a lot of feedback from our customers and one of the things our customers kept telling us is that they want more storage space and in our home. So what we started doing is we started designing more closet space. So in the Prescott there is the most storage space if any of our floor plans, there’s a huge closet really in every single room.

Uh, there’s a couple big linen closets, a huge pantry as well. And then as a one story version, um, the where the stairs are at becomes a nice big walk in closet as well. Extra storage space. I’m sorry, I’m looking for your Oklahoma City new homes to have a lot of storage space. I definitely check out the Prescott continuing a model home tour. The next community that we go to is called the highland creek in highland creek. There’s a lot of amenities in there. So one of the things that we always try and discuss with our customers is that whenever you’re looking for a community, do you want this community to have amenities as far as a pool and a playground and soccer fields and basketball courts for your Edmund new home, or would you rather a bigger yard, maybe a half an acre or an Acre and that way all of the amenities are just in your backyard.

Um, so that’s one thing, but highland creek has a lot of amenities in it. So whenever you’re looking for you’re Oklahoma City new homes, just keep in mind if you want amenities in the community for everyone to use or if you just want a bigger home site, you know, those are things to think about. One of your selecting a community in highland creek, the model home that’s built there is called the Addison. Addison is actually our most square-foot efficient five bedroom house. This one can be built as a one or a two. So there’s just those two options there, uh, but as a one story, it is a little over 1800 square feet. So it is, it’s a great floor plan, one of our smaller floor plans, but um, it’s very affordable and if you’re looking for an affordable well built home, you know, with brick is still on all four sides, solid hardwoods and quartz or granite in the interior for your Oklahoma City new homes, I’m definitely check out the addison as a two story. The Addison is a little over 2,400 square feet, a little over 2,400 square feet, um, as a two story. And upstairs is a game room, a bedroom and a bathroom.

So ups going up the stairs and the addison, you literally walk right into the game room for your Oklahoma City new homes. So if we’re looking to walk right into the game room, there are different upstairs versions where you walk into a hallway and down a hallway for Edmond and new home. But in the Addison p you walk upstairs into the game room right away. Some of the cool things about the addison is that it actually has a split floor plan as well, so two bedrooms and a bathroom on one side, and then the master and the second bedroom or office is on the other side of the house, separated by the kitchen and the living room. So we look for a split floor plan for your Oklahoma City new homes. The Addison would be the perfect floor plan for you in the Edison is also what we call a snooze button design.

So this means that if you and your partner get up at separate times, one person can get up and exit into the master bathroom, closed the doors behind them and you know, get ready and then exit through the master bathroom closet. I’m not going back and forth through the master bedroom and this way it lets the other person snooze, call it the snooze button design. So there are two entrances and exits through the master suite. So if you’re looking for an Edmund new home that has all of those things, definitely check out the addison for your next Oklahoma City new homes. I’m continuing on in the model home tour. The next community that we go to is called seven oaks south sevenoaks south is, it’s a great community. I’m actually has a couple of phases in it. I’m still a lot of home sites available, so if you’re looking to be in broken Arrow, definitely check out seven oaks south. But um, for your Oklahoma City new homes, all of these models that we walked through can be built in Edmond. But in sevenoaks south, the two floor plans are to model homes that we have built. There are the stonebrook, the stomach has a couple different versions, but the stumper it can only be a two story home. Um, mainly because of the,

a master suite is the only bedroom downstairs and the rest of these bedrooms are upstairs in the house. So downstairs you have a really cool unique turned island. Um, and then a huge pantry as well. Do you have the master suite? An office?

Our study for your Oklahoma City new homes, the living room and also, um, you know, little washer in the laundry room as well. And the rest of the rooms are upstairs in the stone broke V, um, you can either have two or three bedrooms upstairs with a game room and a bathroom as well. And the other one right next to that one is called the Greenville. Greenville is really cool. It has a couple different ones, story versions, but it has what we call a grand entrance. So there are 13 foot tall ceilings in the entryway. And then 20 foot ceilings in over the dining room search, looking for a grand entrance for your Oklahoma City new homes. Check out the Greenville.
