Um, so when you pull up shaw homes.com, the first thing on our main page is you’re going to be able to select your series of the homes that you’re wanting to see. Our heritage series is going to be 240,000 to 450,000. And then our waterstone homes is going to be 460,000. You’re gonna pick the different series that you are currently interested in looking at. I would say currently our most popular series is going to be the heritage series, which is going to be the 240 to $450,000 homes in this were available in approximately over 25 different communities.
Um, you’re going to be able to see our move in ready homes are available, floor plans. Most of our models are open pretty much at least five days a week. Um, the other two days a week will be done by appointments only, so every manager has pretty much different schedules. So just get with a shaw manager and we can work accordingly to your schedule as well.
And we can start you out on that model home tour. Now I will say also when it comes to the custom homes, broken Arrow, you know, we can’t say that every little custom option is going to be doable and it just depends on what it is that you’re looking for. And there’s going to be a little bit more leeway when it comes to those custom options that’s going to be allowed for that price point versus our heritage and Manchester series. Once you do that and we priced you out, then when it comes to the custom options, anything inside of a home that you’re wanting to do custom options for is going to be proxy. It’s going to be $200 custom fee. Now that is just a fee, the custom fee, if you choose to do that custom option, that $200 will be applied towards the home.
If we do the custom the draw everything up and you choose not to do it, we don’t give you that $200 back. That is a fee. Anything dealing with exterior is going to be a $500 fee. We are putting in the work to redraw up floor plans, recalculating and ordering different things. I mean all of that takes time. So what you are paying for is the fee for us to put in any of that additional. And then also it does make it where if somebody is wanting to do those custom options, they are a little bit more serious because we have done customs before and spend hours and hours doing customs and then the customer doesn’t want to do anything and we wasted all of those hours for nothing. So that is why we have those fees.
