There’s a lot of different amenities and green edge. You’ve got your standard swimming pool and tennis courts and walking trails. But the great thing about this community, you will also get special promotional prices for being a resident for their, a golfing membership. Also special promotion prices for pretty much anything that’s going to cost money at the clubhouse. You will get a, a promotional price for being a resident. So in homes is definitely something that’s completely just unique and gorgeous. You’re going to be able to come up with your own design pretty much. You may fall in love with it because it’s facing a particular direction or because of the size. It might be a green belt or on a particular spot on the golf course. It could have a pond view. Whatever your reasoning it is for that particular home site.
