Is the Homesite reservation. Now that you have selected your one of a kind home it’s time to find the one of a kind piece of land to place it on the home site. Not every home fits on every home site. So now that we know the plan, we will show you a home site. Your plan fits on one to select your home site. It’s time to do a seven day refundable deposit called a Homesite reservation. This will take your favorite one off the market for the next seven days. Then we will go over any other remaining questions you have before moving forward to purchase agreement. Homesite reservations are important because we can always duplicate the home, but we can never duplicate the land that you put it on the fourth step for your new homes broken arrow are your structural options and pricing. Now that your home site is reserved, we will meet back at your favorite home and reviewed the smart flex features that are available to you for your plan and create a price out quote for you.

Earnest money amount is $10,000. Anything that is from three 50 and over is 5% towards your earnest money. And that will all go down for your down payment to be fulfilled. At this time, we will also figure out if your contract is contingent or delay of build. The next step in the 10 step process is your design studio appointment. At Shaw homes. You will have your own personal design consultant to help you walk through the process of picking out the colors and finishes in your home. You will be in very good hands. As our design staff has intimately involved in the selection of your colors. When you are finished choosing your colors, we will finalize the selections with your signature as approval. And then the launch into the building phase of your new home for the seventh step for your new homes broken arrow is your plan review. When you arrive at your closing, an agent at the title company will walk you through the paperwork and give you the keys when all signatures are completed.
