Therefore with a minimum utility easement of five feet on either side, the Monro three will require a minimum lot width of 69 feet.

Moving on to the Monterrey, two dimensions are 58 feet wide by 66 feet, six inches deep. When you add brick, it becomes 58 feet 10 inches wide by 67 feet, four inches deep. Therefore with a minimum utility easement of five feet on either side, it requires a minimum lot width of 69 feet bixby. New home builders. Next up is the prescott featuring dimensions of 58 feet by 66 feet 10 inches. When you had break, it becomes 58 feet 10 inches by 67 feet, eight inches. Therefore with a minimum five foot utility easement on either side, the Prescott does require a minimum lot width of 69 feet and two are three widest plans. The crescent one or or the Crescent, m or P, however you want it, featuring dimensions of 59 feet by 62 feet. When you add brick, it becomes 59 feet 10 inches by 62 feet 10 inches. Therefore with a five foot minimum utility easement on either side, it does require a minimum of 70 feet wide, big speed new home builders. Moving on to the redford three, featuring dimensions are 58 feet, six inches wide by 66 feet deep. When you add brick, New Homes Edmond it quickly becomes 59 feet four inches wide by 66 feet 10 inches deep. Therefore with a five foot utility easement on either side, it does require a minimum lot width of 70 feet wide. Moving on to

the final and widest plan the Wyndham to featuring dimensions of 59 feet wide by seven 67 feet, eight inches deep. When you add break, it becomes 59 feet 10 inches wide by 68 feet six inches deep. Therefore with a five foot utility easement on either side, New Homes Edmond it will require a minimum lot width of 70 feet wide.
