And you start talking about your homes and you talk about their homes and their floor plans and their locations, and you mention new construction in Edmond. They have a couple of keywords and you talk for ten minutes, ten minutes straight, long time. You talk, talk about your homes, you talk about whatever you want to. You can talk through this. You can talk about the five easy steps. I can talk about their process. Yeah. Every every day that you’re in office and you just talk to these folks, I just talk about the same thing over and over and over again, and you can because you worded differently every time you talk about things and it’s really easy to talk about your homes and their homes and their location. And they build an Oklahoma City as well as in Tulsa. And we build in Tulsa Edmond. We build in Owasso. Fixed fee, broken arrow jinx, Piedmont, Oklahoma City. I mean, you literally can just talk about where Shaham builds, and we’ve got tons of different communities and we have hundreds of home sites and over sixty three floor plans that you can build. And we build New Homes Edmond as well as new homes in Oklahoma City.

And I’m talking about show homes, and we have five easy steps to building your new show home and as you build your homes. But really, the five easy steps that we have here are quite simple, and they’ve been designed so well to benefit each and every buyer and each and every person that we get the chance to work with. It’s quite a fun process to be able to help different buyers and different people find what works best for them and find the perfect home that works best for their family as well. It’s a big part of our process. It’s part of my goal as a representative is to make sure that I’m explaining it to the best of my ability to each and every buyer that I connect with so that we do have a good understanding and a good idea of how this applies to their process and how it applies to their New Homes Edmond home construction opportunities. And then they’re able to gain better insight, better information into what’s what’s next, what their next consecutive steps are and just how it applies. Basically, how short is that to work alongside them and benefit them through the process as a whole so that truly more than anything, Shah’s process has been creates and has been designed more than anything to to benefit every person involved. It’s a really amazing opportunity that we absolutely love getting the chance to, to show off to our buyers to communicate well with our buyers so that where they can see exactly how we want to work with them and alongside them throughout their process and throughout their structure here with us. So our structure and our process that’s been created and it’s been designed more than anything just to make sure that each and every buyer gets the best and most amazing opportunity in their homes. So that way, they can feel they can feel protected, feel like their process in their new home construction amenities have been met, and it’s quite a fun process for us as well to be able to communicate that well with buyers, to be able to set the good expectation for what’s to come and how exactly this applies to their new home process and their New Homes Edmond. Then we hear show we’re really winning overall from start to finish as they walk through the process with us. And that’s what makes it really enjoyable for us. More than anything is we get the chance to hear our hear what our buyers are needing and why they’re doing what they’re needing. They can go over those opportunities with them and alongside them to make sure that they get in the perfect showroom benefits. I mean, all of this applies to our Tulsa market as well. I think that’s something that we get the chance to consistently remind our buyers of on a daily basis that, hey, we’re not just in, you know, this one area. And so we offer some amazing options for buyers in these locations as well. So that’s that’s something that I very regularly try to make sure I remind my buyers of. Hey, we’re not just in one area. We’re all over. We’re here to help you. We’re here to benefit you and all of these different areas of talent. And when I do that, when I get the chance to work with you and benefit you as you walk through the process with us, then it helps me have a better understanding of what you and your family need. And when I get that chance to have that understanding and I’m getting that chance to go above and beyond for that process as well, because that’s really what it is. It’s a process that we get the chance to walk you through as the buyer. It’s a process that we get the chance to work alongside you and as well. I mean, that’s something I think is very important to them is we’re getting the chance to work alongside you as you walk through the process with us to walk through the steps with us here at our homes to get a better understanding of the new home amenities, new home construction opportunities, New Homes Edmonds and opportunities and different stuff like that.
