The area schools for this one or jinx school, New Homes Edmond so west elementary, middle school and junior high school. The next meeting I want to tell you about is called state of the river and this would be a perfect community for your new home. This starting price in this community starting in the low 300,000 square foot range from 2,349 square feet to 3,712 square feet. Estates at the river is located just south of 121st and west of Sheridan in between Sheridan and Yale. Now state of the river is going to be one of the best communities with MVP to prevent. Highland Creek is located just off 225th to south of hundred first and this is one of the best broken Arrow communities that you can build in. Um, and just going to be one of the largest as well as total of four phases with phase one completely filled up and phase two about halfway there. The cooling. But Highland creek is that. It does have a soccer field and basketball courts with to walking trails and fishing ponds as well. And a pool with clubhouse, so this was one of the broken their communities with the most amenities with a square foot ranging from 18, 1,802 square feet to 3000, 262 square feet. The next time you want to tell you about is called highlands at Forest Ridge. Starting in the low two hundreds, low 200 thousands. The highlands at Forest Ridge is one of the largest master plan communities in broken Arrow was I think a total of 10 or 12 different communities. The next community I’ll tell you about, it’s called stone road crossing. Crossing is located off of elm and just north of 61st street behind the St John’s hospital. The welcoming about stone crossing as that. It’s also on a golf course and it’s a. We maybe that’s almost 100 percent and dove out. The only home sites that are left are ones that are left for a reason, so there’s either a lot of prep work that needs to be done or kind of an odd shape for your house. So if you’re looking for a new home, New Homes Edmond stone crossing might not be the best option for you. Instead of big you new home, I would focus on Somerset Statement River or seven lakes.
