At New Housing Additions Broken Arrow we fill the process of building a custom home should be simple and stress-free. Have you heard the building a home can be difficult or stressful? Maybe the person who told you that bill with a company that doesn’t have a proven process and experienced team in place to do the things the way that Shaw Holmes does. We like the teller customers that we’ve done this 1000 times, because we have done this a few thousand times. You aren’t here trying to figure out everything on your own. You will have your Shaw homes team right there with you from contract, to design studio, to drafting, to construction, to closing, all the way to warranties. We have experience expert in place to guide you and answer the questions we arty know you’re going to have. And if you’re unsure what the process is, let us walk you through it.

When you partner with us, New Housing Additions Broken Arrow, the first stop is a model home tour. Who doesn’t love to go look at a beautifully decorated model home? We have more fully furnished and decorated model homes and any other builders in Oklahoma. So we invite you to join us on what will be one of the most information packed experiences in your home shopping process. The tour allows you to see what would take a couple weeks on your own, and just two hours. Because we understand that time is something that not everybody has much of these days. This is how we make your process simple and easy.

Let’s touch base on the homesite reservation that we use here at New Housing Additions Broken Arrow. Now that you have selected your own one-of-a-kind home, it’s time to find that one-of-a-kind piece of land to place it on. This is called the homesite. Not every home fits on every homesite, this so now that we know the plan, we will show you what homesites your plan fits on. Once you select your homesite, it’s time to do a seven-day refundable deposit called a homesite reservation. This will take your favorite one off the market for the next seven days, then we will go over any of the remaining questions you have for moving forward with the purchase agreement. Homesite reservations are important because we can always duplicate the home, but we can never duplicate the land.

At any time during the homesite reservation period, you can move forward with the purchase agreement. At the time of purchase, we will buy the funds from your homes I reservation and an additional deposit towards your purchase. At the time of purchase agreement, all decisions for your structure of the home needs to be final. This includes the number grudges, whether it’s going to be a one or two story palace, the bedroom count, and anything affecting the footprint of your home. The other decisions like color finishes can wait to be finalized in our design studio later on.
