design and build your next home, you know, that way you find exactly what you and your family need or want and you get to pick out all of your options and granite or quartz and colors and you know, really just take the time to design it. However, it does take about six or seven months to design and build your new home. So if that’s not an option, the second best thing to do is find a move in ready home with shaw homes. Um, that being said, our move in ready homes still come with our best warranty, which is that 10 year structural warranty, a two year mechanical warranty and a one year everything warranty. So that’s why if you’re looking to build or you’re looking for a new home, I’m finding a move in ready home with Shaw. Holmes is
definitely your second best option here. And that last article we were talking about moving ready homes in order to kind of continue from that. So where we left off was I was going to tell you guys about the Redford one story, how that’s built in our community called village at southern trails. The address there is three, six, one eight south for court in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Um, some cool things about the Redford is that it has several different versions. So you can do the Redford have one, or you can do the Redford two h, which I’m the Redford one has three bedrooms downstairs. The redford to h has two bedrooms downstairs and the rest are upstairs. And then there’s also the Redford three. Oklahoma City new homes what the difference is there is other red for three actually moves the garage over 10 feet and adds windows to the front of the house. So windows inside of the study, the Redford also has the kitchen cabinets and countertops, space of any of our floor plans with a huge nook. And it turned to island that faces the nook and the backyard. Uh, so this is great if you want to separate entertaining spaces, you have people in the living room and people in the dining room, even though it’s an open concept, um, you know, since you’re turned facing the dining center facing, then note, um, this would be the perfect Edmond. New Home.
The price for this one here, built in the village at southern trails is $288,134. It is 2,349 square feet. It is a three bedroom, two bathroom home. That’s a one story with a three car garage, um, and in this community or in broken Arrow school districts. So we have Wolf Creek elementary, all of her middle school and Broken Arrow highschool.
The next one I want to tell you about is called the stonebrook. And stonebrook V has several different options there as well. This one, Oklahoma City new homes one’s built in seven oaks south and the address is one five, one zero east roanoke place in broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The price is $294,597. The square footage is 2,619 square feet. And this home here is a four bedroom, two and a half bathroom, two story home with a three car garage. Some of the cool things about the stonebrook is that it has a powder bathroom downstairs, which is great for guests. Um, and in the kitchen the note is turned to face. I’m sorry, the island is turned to face the note and to look out the backyard. So this is great for people who like to look out into their backyard. Um, maybe you’re on a, on a pond or some trees or a pasture.
Oklahoma City new homes, this would be a perfect floor plan for that. The stonebrook can only be built as a two story, so if you’re looking for your to new home as a two story and you want just the master bedroom downstairs, and then the rest of the bedrooms upstairs, the stonebrook would be the perfect floor plan for you. Also in the stone book, the Pantry is gigantic. We like to joke and call it the preppers pantry. For those do days preppers that stock up for months and months. This pantry is truly huge and you can store a year’s worth of food in there. I’m sure I’m also in the stone. Broke the vanity is one of our largest l-shaped vanities, so really cool master master suite layout. And then also what’s called the snooze button design. Uh, this is great for people who get up at separate times. One person can get up and exit the master bedroom and shower and change and exit through the closet without going back and forth through the master bedroom.
Also in the stonebrook, um, the laundry room is not right off of the garage. So this is great if you want to just come out from the garage into more of a drop zone and not walking through your laundry room, our customers really like that feature as well. Again, if you have the luxury of time to design and build your next home, that would be perfect for your Oklahoma City new homes. I’m also, the kitchen is gigantic. One of the biggest kitchens have any of our floor plans with a turn to island that faces the nook.
And some things that our customers have mentioned and, and designed over the years is that the formal dining room is sometimes the wasted space to our customers and they would rather not have a formal dining room in there, Oklahoma City new homes. So what we’ve done with the Redford is that we’ve designed it so there was no formal dining room, but the book is just as big as any formal dining room would be. So our customers can put their 10 person dining table in this nook and then it creates two separate entertaining spaces so it’s still open to the kitchen and to the living room, kind of creating a big l shape if you want it to see this. It was 2,952 square feet is a four bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. And this one also, since it was built in broken Arrow, it’s oak crest elementary child’s middle school and Broken Arrow high school. Um, some cool things about the monroe is that it’s our most versatile floor plan. There are literally 15 different versions of the minerals. So if you’re looking for a floor plan that has a bunch of different versions to it for your Oklahoma City new homes, definitely check out the monroe because we have the monroe one, the monroe too, and the monroe three. And each one of those three downstairs versions have five different upstairs configurations. So 15 different versions of the mineral.
