About Mustang

Shaw Homes is happy to announce it’s now building new homes in Mustang Oklahoma!  One of our most recent new home communities to be added to our map is The Pinnacle at Brookstone, located in the city of Mustang. Coming from Oklahoma City, take 40 West and exit onto N. Mustang Road, turning left off the exit onto Mustang Road. Drive just over 2 miles South and turn left on SW 29th St. The Pinnacle at Brookstone is roughly 1/3 mile down on the right. Turn S. on Brookstone Ridge Boulevard to enter the community, and take the second left and the model is on the left corner.

Consisting of 27.5 acres of land, The Pinnacle at Brookstone consists of  72 home sites in Phase I, and 53 home sites in Phase II. Most of the home sites in Phase I are 75 feet wide, and Phase II sites range from 60’ to 70’ wide. Part of being the right new home builder for you is being prepared. Shaw Homes has a selection of home sites to choose from. As each home site has it’s own size and details, Shaw Homes has 79 home plans that we build. Taking in the facts of a home site is one step, while another step is determining which homes will work on that particular site. Some of our customers choose the home plan first, others choose the home site first and select a plan second. It all comes down to what’s most important to you!

If you are considering having a home built in The Pinnacle at Brookstone, there are 8 different home plans to choose from, starting at 1,735 square feet up to 2,336 square feet.  There are 2 catch and release ponds, as well as a splash pad for summer fun. The community is a sidewalk community, allowing for safe and comfortable walks as well as a safe place for children to be able to play.

For our model home in The Pinnacle at Brookstone, we chose our Kincaid plan, located at 3100 Brookstone Ridge. This home design is a type of split plan with all living quarters on one side, and the social living spaces on the other. At 2,099 square feet, this home feels like more than you are paying for. The foyer of the Kincaid home plan is very welcoming, with a 15’ ceiling and 3 overhead dormer windows allowing for natural light. Off the Foyer is the Flex Room, with a coat closet on the other side. There’s a full bath off of the Entry Hall and a doorway leading to the front bedroom, which when built for a customer gives them the choice of keeping the closet or increasing the size of the room by deleting it and creating a Flex Room. A Hallway leads to the Utility Room, Laundry Room, Hall Bath and Bedrooms 2 and 3. Just past the Entry Hall is the Great Room and Kitchen, joined in one large open space with a 12’ cathedral ceiling. A fireplace in the Great Room is an option that we leave open to our customers. Large Breakfast Nook with 3 windows and a door to the large covered patio. A large walk-in pantry provides excellent storage space. The Master Suite has it’s own private bathroom and large walk-in closet. There is an option for customers to choose between a large linen closet or a shower. The entry from the Garage is into a Utility Room so you don’t have to walk thru a laundry space. The Laundry Room has a coat closet perfect for both extra supplies and seasonal coats and jackets.  There is a Linen closet outside of the hall bath because there can never be enough storage in a home. A lot of well thought out details went into the creation of this floor plan with over 30 years of customer input to draw from.
