As a new home builder in Broken Arrow, Shaw Homes is very conscious of keeping good relationships with the broad range of trades and organizations that make new home construction happen. Dave works with the Realtors in the Greater Tulsa area as well as the Oklahoma City area, making sure their questions are answered and they are always informed on what we are doing as a company, current buyer incentives, new communities up and coming, and more. Shaw Homes has always put an emphasis on working with Realtors and their buyers, making sure that the real estate brokerages know that we will not incentive buyers to cut out their agents. Sadly there are many builders that will offer cash discount incentives to buyers if they don’t use a Realtor. We train our Sales Manager staff extensively to serve our buyers so having a Realtor isn’t necessary, however those that come to us thru an Agent have the benefit of another set of eyes on their project.
