  • Woodland Park: Coming from downtown Oklahoma City, take I-40 E, keep right at fork to continue on I-35N/US-62 E. Take exit 143 for Covell Rd., and turn Right onto Covell Rd. and drive 2.5 miles then turn Left onto N. Douglas Blvd., for 1 mile, turn Left on E. Coffee Creek Rd. and Ridge Creek is on the right.

East Edmond

• • Fox Lair:This Edmond community in Deer Creek Schools has the most beautiful feel to it. Winding streets through open fields and woods and ponds with half acre to 1.5 acre homesites. Well water means no water bill. Build your own outbuilding if you wish. This serene setting is at the Northwest corner of Penn and Waterloo Roads. Stop by our Cypress model home today.
  • Rush Creek:This Edmond community in Deer Creek Schools opened in September of 2021 and is selling out fast. Winding streets through open fields, woods and ponds with 0.75 acre to 2.1 acre homesites. The entire community is surrounded by well established trees. Well water means no water bill. Build your own shops on these gorgeous homesites if you wish. This serene setting is one half mile west of the intersection of Waterloo and Highway 74 off Waterloo Road.

Edmond Schools

If school rankings are important in your decision to build a new home in Edmond, you will be happy to know that all public schools in Edmond received an A rating except for Ida Freeman Elementary School, which received a B+. Washington Irving Elementary School received an A+ rating, with an 18:1 student to teacher ratio. Santa Fe High School received an A rating, with a 21:1 student to teacher ratio.
